April 1 2013 Decided we would sell our existing home and build
April 5 - Started house hunting with Ryan Homes
April 12 - Put our home on the market
April 14 - Ratified Contract!
April 15 - Back and forth over house with Ryan. Visited with other builders
April 18 - Out with the old and in with the new. Off to Hearndon. Ratified Contract!
May 6 - Lot Excavation Begins!!!!
May 15 - Footer Trenching Dug out
May 29 - 31 Footers and foundation blocks completed
